subject I BELIEVE!
I HAVE EXACTLY THE EVIDENCE YOU’RE LOOKING FOR. Four older women rented a house together that my parents own and all died a couple years ago. (Well, first they got behind on the rent, one of them got married and left, and I think three of them moved into a local hotel for a while, but my mom says they died shortly after that.) Since then, my family CANNOT rent out the house for more that a few weeks at a time. EVERYONE who is there says they’ve seen spiritual apparitions. Some have complained of hearing haunting music from the basement at random times of the night.
Last weekend I had a couple days off from the mill so my brother and I stayed at the house overnight on a dare (there may have been alcohol involved!). Anyway, when we woke up the next morning we cleaned up all of the cans and bottles, made a light breakfast, and vacuumed the foyer (my brother had worn in muddy boots. My mom would have killed us.) Then we remembered and checked the shots on the camera we had set up in the basement and there was something veeeeeery strange there…
What I’m trying to decide now is if your show is the right avenue to share this exciting information with the world. My mom thinks we should calling ‘60 Minutes’ or ‘The O’Reilly Factor’ but I saw your ad and want to use people who also believe in the spirit world to get the word out. If you could get back to me soon that would be great.

Hi Nate, thanks for your email. We are definitely interested. For photos, we are offering between $50 and $500 dollars each and for videos, between $250 and $2000 each, depending on how compelling they are and whether they can stand up as a whole case for our Investigators. Anything you send me via email is under copyright - we cannot use it unless you sign a Release. (If we did, you could sue us.) We’d love to have a look. Could you email us what you’ve got?

Wow. This is awesome. I still have some questions before I send the stuff, but that sounds like it would be totally cool. When you say $50-$500 each is that for me and my brother or for each of us? We don’t remember who had the idea to set up the camera. If its one amount can we get two checks or can you make it out to me? He’s not good with money.
Also, are you going to do a show about me and my brother? If so, could we not talk about all the drinking? I know we’re grownups, but I don’t want my mom to be mad. Also, would we get to play ourselves? Or would there be actors in the rental house basement with the cameras? Would you use the actual basement or build a set? If that’s the case, my brother and I would be a lot of help. We’re very good with tools. Would he and I have a say in who plays us? I saw on tv a few weeks ago that Matthew McConaugh’s first job as an actor was on ‘Unsolved Mysteries’. I’m not saying I’d want Matthew to play me, but the next Matthew would be great! (ha! kidding! i’m more of a next Milos Ventimigla from ‘Heroes’. I got mistaken for him last summer.)

Hi Nate,
The licensing fees are per image / video, not per person. For the paperwork, we could list one or both of you as the official copyright holder, as you like. You could choose who the check was made out to.
In terms of filming, we would send our film crew and hosts to the actual house to ‘investigate’ and indeed, interview your family on camera, if willing. The episode wouldn’t be “about” you, per se, but about the ‘haunting’. Essentially, the team would use their instruments and experiments to try and figure out what’s going on there.
Yes, of course we could keep the whole ‘drinking’ thing under wraps.
Could you send me the most compelling photos you have? The one you sent is not enough for us to consider alone as it is out of context.
